Our set of short guy poles (SGP's) enables you to pitch your bell tent in a much tighter space. Without the SGP's guy ropes will approximately be 1m - 1.8m in length to get the correct angle and securely hold your bell tent.
Enter our SGP's, and this distance can be reduced to as short as 0.5m! Tight camping spaces in campgrounds and at festivals are no longer a problem with our SGP's. You can use the short guy poles on all the guy lines, or only the one's that need to be shorter to fit the space. We do not recommend trying to shorten the guy rope distance without the SGP's - the incorrect angle puts extra strain on the poles and can cause damage.
The SGP's have a smooth plastic notch on the top to hold the guy line securely without cutting or wearing through the rope. On the other side is a hard spike to prevent the pole from slipping once in place.
The Short Guy Pole Set comes with 14 poles and a carry bag and is compatible with any bell tent. The SGP's are easy to set up - just secure the spiked end against the ground and fit the notched end into the guy rope. The guy rope can then be pegged at the correct distance and tensioned with the tensioner.

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realise the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.
That's why we offer a 14 Day Return Policy.
If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 14 days after receipt of your order, please email us at sales@luxeglamp.com.au with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

Warranty:
Luxe Glamp provides a one year warranty against manufacturer defects in the canvas. This warranty cannot be extended to the poles or zips as these are often misused.
The warranty does not cover professional and long term use. If a professional user buys a tent and reports a manufacturing problem within the first month we will consider it under the warranty. However after 28 days use it becomes a permanent structure and it is therefore not being used for the purpose it was sold for (i.e. a tent for camping).
If a private individual buys and then erects one of our tents semi-permenantly we will cover manufacturing defects for the length of the warranty but this does not cover mould, mildew or UV deterioration as we have no control over the conditions the tent is left up in.
